The Economist E-cigarette article

The Economist recently wrote about the benefits of E-cigarettes (see article here).

Its good to see a well balanced piece being written and petitioning for more research into its safety as well as pushing those countries which have banned e-cigarettes to re-look into them.

I was pleased to see on a recent travel trip that my e-cigarette was inspected by customs who thought it was a laser and then allowed through. The world is finally learning!

E-Cigarettes or Vaping as we know it is getting some mainstream news coverage according to a new article on the BBC News website.

Apparently as many as one million people in the UK are now vaping. Is it safe though? and that is what this article looks to question.

Apparently new regulation is on the way - or at least new guidance - in the next few weeks.

Boge 501 2.7 Ohm Cartomizer Review

I recently bought some new Boge 501 Cartomizers from my old favourite store liberty flights.

They came in a fairly non descript box, sealed in plastic and with the usual plastic plugs covering both ends.

I have heard some good things about these but was considerably unimpressed initially. The wadding inside is not very absorbant at all. I usually refill via the drip method but no e liquid was being soaked up and after about 30 mins of trying things looked ok... Until I tried a vape and got a horrible burnt taste. Eventually I tried using the condom method for the first time which had more success but meant I needed a second cartomizer, what a waste, one broken right out of the box.

Apparently you can get a refund from liberty but only if they are dead on arrival, however this is difficult to tell until you have tried filling.

As for the vaping, now on my second cart it works quite well, is very hot though giving a dry vape more suited to tobacco flavours apparently - my favourite anyway.

USA mix 8mg E-liquid review

Liberty Flights are one of the best and most reliable providers of vapour liquids and accessories both in the UK and the USA, so are my provider of choice when it comes to all things Vaping.

My most recent acquisition has been the 8mg version of their USA mix E-liquid. This gives a good level of vapour but a poor throat hit when compared with the versions with higher levels of Nicotine. as such as I will give it only a 6/10.
